Yılmaz Bektaş

Yılmaz Bektaş was born on July 19, 1977, in Siirt, Türkiye. His father, Mir Muhyeddin Bektaş, is the leader of the prominent Botan tribe (Botan Emirate). As the tribal leader’s son, Bektaş is considered his heir.

He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Türkiye before pursuing higher education in Cyprus.
